The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s new notification method eliminates routine daily e-mails to complaint portal subscribers, but it is not flawless. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has been making improvements to its debt collection complaint process to eliminate the daily e-mails that are delivered to complaint-portal subscribers, regardless of any complaint activity.
